Describe the business and the audience

Start with your business name, a short explanation of what you do and the people you want to reach. Include the locations or markets you serve without adding areas where you do not operate. An international audience may need more explanation of your location, service process or accommodation setting.

Identify the main action visitors should take: enquire on WhatsApp, request a consultation or continue to a booking service. That decision helps determine the navigation, page content and calls to action.

  • Business name, approved description and relevant background.
  • Your main audience and the locations or markets you serve.
  • Confirmed contact details and social profile links.
  • The enquiry or booking destination you want visitors to use.

Explain the offer in useful detail

For a service business, list the services, who each is for and what an enquiry should contain. For accommodation, describe room or property options, facilities, location and the practical questions guests ask before a stay.

Supply approved prices and conditions only when you want them published. Keep an internal note of uncertain details so they can be resolved before launch. Clear, accurate information is more useful than broad claims such as being the best or offering everything.

Gather images and evidence you can use

Provide your logo, any brand colours and good-quality photographs that represent the business accurately. Organise images by service, room or project, with short notes identifying what they show. Include any required credits and confirm you have permission to publish the material.

If you want testimonials, provide the exact approved wording and permission to use it. Results, qualifications, awards or partnerships should have supporting evidence. Keep the source and context alongside each item so that the published statement accurately reflects what was said or achieved.

Match your preparation to the package

Launch uses your supplied text, logo and images. Business includes content structure and light copy editing. Growth includes conversion-focused content assistance. These are different levels of support; none should be assumed to include full professional copywriting.

Prepare a draft page list and flag anything that needs extra work, such as another language, online payments, memberships or a custom application. Those features require separate quotations. Existing booking systems and paid tools should also be identified before the scope is agreed.

Make review and approval manageable

Choose one person to collect and return the business’s feedback. A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback from that designated contact. New functionality or a change to the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Timelines are approximate and depend on the agreed scope, receipt of required content and initial payments, and timely feedback. Send what you have, mark what is still missing and agree who will supply it. That gives the project a practical starting point without pretending that every detail is ready.

Choose the scope that fits your business.
