Separate development from running costs

The development fee pays for the agreed website work within your package. Domain and hosting are separate services, charged upfront in full. A helpful budget therefore starts with the build, adds the selected domain and hosting, and then considers any optional tools or ongoing work.

At the minimum domain and hosting cost, indicative first-year starting totals are LKR 35,000 for Launch, LKR 55,000 for Business and LKR 95,000 for Growth. These estimates include development plus domain and hosting only. They are not fixed all-inclusive prices.

What changes between the development packages?

Launch gives you 1 page using a pre-built design framework and the content you supply. Business allows Up to 4 pages, a design tailored to your brand, content structure and light editing. Growth allows Up to 8 core pages, conversion-focused content assistance, custom content sections and advanced enquiry and booking-link integrations.

The choice is about how much explanation, content help and functionality the website needs. A short, focused offer may fit Launch. A business with several services or accommodation options may benefit from more space and a fuller enquiry journey. Check the full scope for each package; a higher price does not automatically include every unlisted feature.

Allow for requirements outside the package

E-commerce, payment gateways, multilingual websites, membership systems and custom applications need separate quotations. Premium plugins, paid themes, stock photography and third-party booking tools also cost extra when required.

Mention those needs before choosing a package. A payment form, for example, is a different requirement from a WhatsApp enquiry button. Similarly, linking to an existing booking service is different from building a reservation system. Clarifying the destination and the work involved keeps the quotation useful.

Understand the payment and renewal stages

Pay 50% of the development fee upfront and the remaining 50% before launch. Domain and hosting are paid separately, upfront in full; they are not divided between those development instalments.

Domain and hosting renewal costs are separate and must be confirmed for the selected services. Optional maintenance is approximately LKR 3,000 per month, with an agreed scope. That estimate excludes domain and hosting renewals and should not be read as unlimited updates or lifetime support.

Our published fees use LKR; your proposal will confirm the applicable scope and costs without assuming currency conversions or payment arrangements.

A useful first message can be simple: what your business does, which pages or features you expect, what content you already have and when you hope to launch. We can use that to discuss a package or a separate quotation.
